Payment details
1.1 50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rent is payable 10 days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.
1.2 When the reservation is made less than 10 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
1.3 The lessor will accept payment by interac transfer or credit card.
1.4 The security deposit is due 3 days before the stay. **Security deposit returned within 2 days of departure
Cancellation policy
1.1 100% refund** of prepayment in the event of cancellation 61 days or more before the start of the stay. (** credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the reimbursement)
1.2 Reimbursement** of 50% of the prepayment in the event of cancellation 60 days to 31 days before the start of the stay. (** credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the reimbursement)
1.3 If the cancellation is made within 30 days to 10 days of the beginning of the stay, the prepayment will be kept in totality.
1.4 If the cancellation is made within 9 days of the beginning of the stay, the payment of your entire stay rental will be kept in totality.
1.5 In the event that the stay should be canceled or interrupted due to breakage or unforeseen problems in the building, the liability of the lessor would be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days would then be refunded, but no additional compensation will be granted.
